A chronicle of Dolce Bella Desserts is an Epicurian Baker's trip to Europe, where we delighted in sampling the many Exotic desserts prepared in a unique fashion. They were both savory to the palate and pleasurable to the eye.
Returning from Europe excited and energized, we began creating our own versions of the delectable desserts. We were fortunate to have the baking facilities at our large family owned bakery plant where we have been baking for generations.
In 1999, the new generation of our baking family branched out and formed the Dolce Bella Dessert line. Their mission is to provide upscale dessert and pastries while maintaining the highest quality standards. Only the finest ingredients are used. Each dessert is hand produced using classic pastry techniques by talented pastry chefs, who pride themselves in their work. The result is a stunning selection of gourmet desserts both pleasing to the eye as well as the palette.
